THE FACILITY
With the help of Debartolo Architects and Construction Zone, we reimagined our 49,000 square foot vehicle storage facility. Centrally positioned in the Scottsdale Airpark, OTTO is located within 20 minutes of most major communities in the Phoenix, AZ area. Our location provides quick access to the Scottsdale Airport’s private runway, local dining and shopping at Kierland, the Penske campus of automotive dealerships and the 101 Freeway.
Our main collection area spans 32,000 square feet of column-free space. This area is access-controlled, air conditioned, carbon monoxide protected and monitored on a 24/7 basis. OTTO offers three types of vehicle storage: main floor, stacker suites and private garages. The main collection area provides entirely independent parking spaces – no car will ever be moved to let another out.
Club floor amenities include lounge appointments as well as a private dining room, billiards area, full wet bar, floor-to-ceiling glass viewing platform, 4K projector, and a vehicle elevator for special events.
Our private garages in Scottsdale allow for 24/7 access, and can house up to four cars if a lift is desired/utilized. The garages are individually secured with their own alarm system and are climate-controlled. They are also prewired to accommodate security cameras and electric vehicle chargers as needed.
